Why Teddy is the MoeGo alternative groomers pick

1

Unlimited texts on every plan — including Budget $49

Teddy is pet grooming software starting at $49 a month. Booking, reminders, payments, reports, unlimited two-way texts, and Ask Teddy are in every plan — Budget, Core, and Plus ($49 / $99 / $199). Route sorting is on Core and Plus. The phone AI receptionist is on Plus.

Plans are $49, $99, or $199 a month

2

It's far easier to use

No hunting through menus. Tell Teddy what you want in plain words — by typing or just talking — and it does it. Reminders and texts to clients go out on their own.

If you can send a text, you can run it

3

You can reach the founders

We're a small team in Texas and we answer support ourselves. You get a real person who knows the software, not a ticket that sits for three days.

“I was on MoeGo for two years and dreaded rebooking days. Now I just talk to Teddy between dogs. I got my evenings back.”

Denise Kowalski

Sudsy Paws • Round Rock, TX

“The price was the reason I looked, but the reason I stayed is that I actually get a human on the phone. Alex called me back on a Sunday.”

Marla Jennings

The Dapper Dog • Chattanooga, TN

“I am not a computer person at all. My daughter set up MoeGo for me. I set up Teddy myself in an afternoon.”

Patty Alvarez

Patty’s Pet Salon • Mesa, AZ

“Two vans, and it sorts my stops so I’m not crossing town twice. That alone saves me an hour most days.”

Questions we get a lot

Will I lose my client history?v

No. We bring over your clients, their pets, and your appointment history, so your first day in Teddy looks like the shop you already run.

Is it hard to learn?v

Most groomers are comfortable in an afternoon. You can tap through screens like you are used to, or just tell Teddy what you need, whichever feels easier that day.

What does it cost compared to MoeGo?v

MoeGo sticker pricing can match Teddy. Texts are the knock: Teddy includes unlimited texts and Ask Teddy on every plan, including Budget at $49. Plans are $49, $99, or $199 a month. Happy to look at your specific setup on a call.

Do I have to sign a contract?v

No. It is month to month, there is no setup fee, and you can cancel any time.

What if I need help?v

You email or call and one of us picks it up. We are in Texas and we handle our own support, seven days a week. No ticket queue. Reach me at alex@tryteddy.com.

Does it work for mobile grooming?v

Yes. On Core and Plus it sorts your stops so you drive less, and you can book or move appointments by voice from the van. Budget is $49 and does not include route sorting. We will tell you on a call if you need it.
