Your Teddy booking portal has its own branded URL that you share with clients. They open it on their phone or computer and see your business name, your logo, a gallery of pet photos, your services menu with prices, and a Book Now button. From there, they go through a guided seven-step flow that asks everything Teddy needs to book the appointment correctly: their phone number, which pet, which services, which add-ons, which groomer they prefer, and which time slot they want.

The phone number step is where something important happens. Returning clients who enter their number get recognized immediately. The portal greets them by name and pulls up all their pets automatically. They do not re-enter their information every time they book. They pick their pet, their services, their time, and they are done. That experience is noticeably better than most booking processes clients encounter, and it rewards loyalty without requiring any effort from you.

The time slot step shows real availability only. Clients cannot select a time that is already taken or outside a groomer's scheduled hours. Can clients pick a specific groomer?

Yes. The portal lets clients select from any available groomer or choose Any if they do not have a preference. Availability shown in the time step reflects the chosen groomer's actual schedule.

How does the portal handle returning clients?

When a returning client enters their phone number, the system recognizes them and greets them by name. Their pets are pre-populated so they do not need to re-enter any information. It is a noticeably smoother experience than starting from scratch every time.

Can I add photos and customize what the portal looks like?

Yes. You upload your business logo, add a photo gallery, write your own about section, and include your contact information. The portal reflects your business, not a generic template.
