A Website for Your Grooming Shop, Included: Teddy's Booking Website

Quick answer: If your grooming shop doesn't have a website, Teddy can give you one. The Booking Website is included at no extra charge on Core ($99) and up. Pick 1 of 6 templates and 1 of 9 theme colors, and it fills in with your pictures, pricing, hours, contact info, about us and socials. It works with or without online booking.

A lot of great groomers run their whole business off a Facebook page, an Instagram account and word of mouth. That works until a new client searches for you and finds nothing, or finds an old page with last year's prices.

Building a website on your own means picking a builder, paying for it every month, writing pages and keeping it all up to date. Most groomers would rather be grooming. That's why Teddy includes one.

What the Booking Website is

The Booking Website is your shop's own website, built from the info you already keep in Teddy. It's included on Core and up at no extra charge. It covers what clients actually look for:

  • Pictures of your work and your shop
  • Pricing for your services
  • Contact info so clients can reach you
  • Hours so nobody shows up when you're closed
  • About us to tell your story
  • Socials linking to where you already post

Pick a look in a few minutes

There are 6 designer templates, each with its own feel:

  • Warm Editorial: friendly, rounded and cream
  • Velvet: an elegant serif with dark bands
  • Biscuit: playful pop with bold outlines
  • Juniper: clean, centered and minimal
  • Willow: photo-first with a numbered menu
  • Magnolia: soft, circular and boutique

Choose a template, pick 1 of 9 theme colors (Mono, Pink, Orange, Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Teal and Indigo), and it fills in with your shop's info. You can switch templates and colors anytime, even after you're live, so you're never stuck with a choice you made on day one.

You don't need online booking to use it

This surprises people. The Booking Website works as your shop's website on its own, even if you don't accept online booking. Clients can see your pictures, prices, hours and how to reach you.

If you do want clients to book themselves, online booking is also on Core and up. Clients pick a service and a time, the request lands in Teddy, and you schedule or decline it. Nothing is locked in until you approve.

Why a website matters for a grooming shop

You don't need a fancy site. You need one that answers the questions new clients have before they call:

  • Do they groom my kind of dog? Pictures of real grooms answer that faster than words.
  • What will it cost? Clear pricing cuts down on "how much for a bath?" calls.
  • When are they open? Hours save everyone a wasted trip.
  • How do I reach them? Contact info and socials, all in one place.

A simple, up-to-date site that answers those four questions does more for a grooming shop than a big site nobody updates.

What clients see on their phone

Most people will find your site on a phone, often while they're standing in line or sitting on the couch at night. What they need to find fast is your shop name, your pictures, your prices, your hours and how to reach you. Look at your site on your own phone before you share it, the same way a new client would. Scroll it top to bottom and ask yourself whether a stranger would know what you do, what it costs and how to book. If the answer is yes, you're ready to share the link.

Tips for a Booking Website that gets calls

  • Lead with your best photos. Bright, close-up after shots of real dogs you've groomed work best. Ask clients before you post their pets.
  • List your real prices. If prices vary by size or coat, say so in plain words.
  • Keep your hours current. Update them before holidays and vacations.
  • Write a short about us. Two or three sentences about who you are and how you treat dogs is plenty.
  • Link your socials. If your Instagram is where your best work lives, send people there.

What it costs

The Booking Website is included on Core at $99 a month per location, and on Plus at $199. There's no extra charge for it. It isn't part of the Budget plan. Core also includes online booking and automated reminders, so the website, the booking and the reminders all work together.

Is this the right fit for you?

If you already have a website you love, keep it. If you don't have one, or yours is out of date and hard to change, the Booking Website gives you a clean, current site without a separate builder or bill.
