Using Teddy
You agree to use Teddy only for lawful business purposes.You agree not to use Teddy to send spam, misleading messages, unlawful content, abusive content, or messages to anyone who has not given proper consent.If you use Teddy to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for making sure you have the proper permission to contact them and that your use of Teddy complies with applicable laws.

Text Messages and Consent
Teddy may send text messages to people who interact with us and choose to opt in.Text messages are opt-in only. By checking a consent box, submitting your phone number, or otherwise giving express consent, you agree to receive the type of messages described at the time of opt-in.Teddy may send different types of messages, including:

Businesses using Teddy are responsible for reviewing their own settings, scripts, policies, and customer communications for accuracy.

Customer Responsibilities
If you use Teddy for your business, you are responsible for:Providing accurate business information.Keeping your account information current.Ensuring your use of Teddy complies with applicable laws.Obtaining any required consent from your own customers.Honoring opt-out requests.Reviewing communications sent on your behalf.Making sure your pricing, policies, booking links, and customer-facing instructions are accurate.

Payments and Subscriptions
Some Teddy services may require payment.Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize Teddy or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.You may cancel according to the cancellation process provided by Teddy.
